Relax and be Resilient - Tatwa Mudra
This mudra is a very powerful tool keeping you centered and balanced. It is great to do anytime you feel “off-balance.”
- Fingertips touching with space in between the palms
- Hands in front of the solar plexus
- Inhale nose, exhale nose
- inhale mouth, exhale mouth
- inhale nose, exhale mouth
- inhale mouth, exhale nose
Breath as slowly as possible, lengthening each inhale/exhale. Do 3 –11 sets or for extra benefits 3 – 11 minutes.
