1. TO ENTER: Click on the "I Want a Better Brain" on the balancing the executive life website between now and December 31, 2009.
2. PRIZE: Four, 20-minute brain building meditation classes will be awarded free of charge to the employer with the most submissions to "I Want a Better Brain" on the balancing the executive life website. This is the only prize that will be awarded.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The winning employer will provide balancing the executive life with the appropriate activity space necessary to conduct the brain building meditation classes. The winning employer must be located within the 48 contiguous United States, and the location of the classes must be within one of these states. All classes will conclude before 12/31/10, even if the employer has not yet conducted all four classes included with this prize. Any classes not conducted before 12/31/10 will be forfeited.
4. TRANSFERABILITY: This prize is non-transferable. If the winning employer forfeits the prize, balancing the executive life reserves the right to award the prize to the employer with the second greatest number of submissions.
5. PUBLICITY: The winning employer grants balancing the executive life the right to use its name in press releases and other publicity media.
6. ODDS: Odds of winning vary, depending on the number of participants.
