Kelley Black left her successful career as an advertising and marketing executive at 36 to pursue her own self-healing and a life of service. Kelley immersed herself in the teachings of NAAM Yoga Therapy/Universal Kabbalah under the direct mentorship of world reknowned yogi
and Master Kabbalist, Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam). Under Gurunam’s guidance, Kelley developed a deep, profound understanding of the practical application of NAAM to enhancing all aspects of life. With the blessing of Gurunam, she founded Balancing the Executive Life™ in 2007, in order to take NAAM "off the mat" to professionals, helping them to reduce stress, consciously communicate and enhance their overall well-being in/out of the workplace. The methodology is sophisticated, practical and results oriented. Kelley works with a wide range of clients and is passionate about bringing the teachings to people from all walks of life.
Kelley is a keynote speaker, author, trainer and certified yoga instructor. She supports individuals and organizations nationwide in their quest for health, happiness and productivity. Kelley is recognized as one of the top stress reduction experts in the country and has alliances with top physicians in New York City. Major media including ABC News, Huffington Post and Wallet Pop, call upon her to lend her expertise. She is a co-author of Women on Fire and was a keynote speaker at the Working Mother Media Work Life Balance Congress in 2008. Kelley will be a featured speaker/trainer at the Omega Institute April 30 – May 2, 2010.

Kelley lives in New York City with her husband Andrew and their two cats, Vindaloo and Lola. She is extremely grateful to her mentor, Gurunam, without whom none of this would be possible.
Taunya is a mother and former teacher, who currently runs an arts-based enrichment program for children aged 2-12. She is certified in NAAM Yoga Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and Harmonyum Healing System. Taunya is also a student of Universal Kabbalah, as taught by Gurunam aka Joseph Michael Levry, with whom she works closely, writing and editing. She acts as a consultant/instructor for organizations seeking to implement enrichment and stress reduction programs that support women, families and children. In addition, Taunya works with individually with clients from various backgrounds. Taunya has experienced the power of Divine Spiritual Wisdom to effect lasting, transformational self-healing, both personally and professionally. She believes that widespread societal and global change can begin by empowering families, and is passionate about bringing this work to women, children, families, and those professionals who work with them.
Sonia is a neuroscientist specialized in brain cancer research, a science writer and author. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, in NYC, she is part of an exceptional team that translates scientific discoveries into clinical trials in humans. Sonia is also the founder of the Naam Biomedical Society, a non-profit research institution led by scientists focused on the design and development of innovative clinical trials in integrative, sustainable healthcare. She is also a certified Instructor in Hatha, Kundalini and Naam Yoga, teaching since 1997, and a practitioner of Harmonyum Healing. Having served briefly as Executive Director of Universal Force, Inc., home of Naam Yoga, founded by Master Joseph Michael Levry, she has embarked on yet a new journey at the interface of science and spirituality: she is studying the physiological effects of these ancient practices on a multi-disciplinary project aimed to integrate spiritual and physical therapy with conventional medicine
Christianne has studied Naam Yoga, Kabbalah and Harmonyum with Master Teacher Gurunam for almost twenty years. She has a diverse personal and professional experience, including extensive exposure to social activism, community outreach and politics growing up in Washington D.C. She has developed and implemented programs for both corporate and cause-related clients in development, community outreach, event production and fundraising, as well as PR, marketing and investment management. Christianne has spent the last year focused on creating Community Outreach Programs utilizing Naam Yoga as both learning and healing tool for children through seniors. She has also launched programs for Complementary Integrative Health care with several of the major city hospitals. Improving people’s lives, healing and elevating consciousness to create global impact is her life’s work.
Francesca Caputo spent 23 years in Fortune 500 corporate interiors serving the best and the brightest in the finance, real estate and legal industries. It was a lifestyle of high design and grand budgets, coupled with turbulence, deadlines and never-ending workdays all geared to fulfilling the needs and demands of her clients. Francesca sought to nourish her inner soul while functioning excellently in a stressful lifestyle.
Feeling a passionate connection to her spiritual practice, Francesca now embraces the teachings of NAAM yoga therapies. With the same connection and trust that Francesca established with her corporate clients, she brings an understanding of the daily healing, support and coaching to people in all walks of life. Francesca is sharing Naam Yoga and Meditation to one of NYC’s top medical establishments where she works with patients individually, teaching them simple techniques for stress management & breath-work, and showing them how to live their lives with tools for everyday and practical use.
Francesca is an active member of the Universal Force Healing Center Teacher Training Team, an international program dedicated to producing the finest Naam yoga instructors throughout the world. Francesca prepares development materials and provides training while guiding students through an 8-month program.
She shares a vision with other like minded individuals to deliver excellence, assist in the self healing process, and is committed to leading by example, a healthful and conscious life. Francesca is a proud and grateful student of Joseph Michael Levry also known by his spiritual name Gurunam.
