Naam And Balancing Your Autonomous Nervous System (ANS)

Your Autonomous Nervous System (ANS) helps to control your heart, lungs, digestive system, blood pressure, immune system, certain reflexes, fluid balance and sexual function.  Most illnesses and injuries cause or result from an imbalance in your ANS.  How you respond to disease, injury, medicines and medical treatments is largely dependent on the balance in your ANS.
